Clergy: Rev. Canon Christopher Pratt, Rev. Marita Williams The first Church of St. John the Evangelist, Kitchener, was erected on the present site in 1861. In April 1894, the old church was demolished and the new building opened for use on October 7, 1894. The church renovated in 1954 and the parish hall built. St John's has a membership of over 370 households and an average weekly total attendance at the two Sunday services of 180. |

St George's of Forest Hill The St George's congregation began in 1955. A Lutheran Church building was bought and moved to the present site in 1962. Expansion in the 1980s has made the building airy and spacious. |
